Gi is the traditional uniform worn in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The word “gi” derives from “keikogi” which means training gear.

Training in Gi allows for the BJJ practicioner to grip and grab the clothing.

In this class you will learn all of the fundamentals of BJJ. This is where you will gain the knowledge and skills needed for sucsess in the sport.
